EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery date. Any returned or exchanged items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition. The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package.

If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason you must request a return HERE. Please describe your reasons for requesting a return or exchange and make sure to include your order number. You can find your order number on your confirmation email and on the packing slip included in your package. Returns and exchanges are subject to availability and our discretion once the items are returned.

EXCHANGES
If your request for exchange is accepted, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Your new items or verification of credit will be sent once we receive returned item(s). Exchanges are subject to availability.

RETURNS
A return authorization is required on all returns. You must request a return authorization through our contact form. If accepted we will send a prepaid return label to you via email. Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective.

GIFT EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We will accept returns and exchanges on items purchased as gifts as long as the item has not been used, washed or worn. Please note that any refunds offered on an order will be applied to the original form of payment only. If you are not the original purchaser, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item. If you are not the original purchaser please include their name and location (City & Zip Code) to help expedite the process. Exchanges are subject to availability.

REFUNDS & CREDITS
Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit.
